Simple Delivery Option Not Available On Listing

Hi

I have been merrily creating listings this afternoon, but suddenly the option for Simple Delivery has disappeared:

There seems to be a whole chunk of information and options missing.  It goes from delivery details  - Postage Policy, straight to Item Location and Return Policy, with the postage information in-between  missing.

My postage settings are still correctly set up for Simple Delivery with RM and Evri.

Anyone else ever had this?  Am I missing something obvious?

No One has reported this.... yet,  so it may be a device or browser issue having a temporary tech issue.

Are you on the app or mobile browser?  If so,  switch if you can for now,  to a laptop / PC and use Chrome that combo seems to work well,  no issues there.

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried Chrome and no luck.  The app is only giving me the option to offer collection.

I think I will try and arrange a call with them.
