Hi Forum, I've just sold a legacy item (ie pre SD) and when I went to print my usual lable I was presented with the SD option. Thing is, I had stated in the description of my item it would be RM Tracked 48! The item when boxed was <2kg so some £3.38. BUT, SD required over £7 and was indicating Evri! There was no obvious option to change this on eBay either.
So what did I do - printed my own address lable and posted via the PO at the top of my road (Evri is a drive away!).
My problem came to realisation when I tried to indicate Item Dispatched - there is no such option now! (But Buyer fully advised of course).
So now wondering what consequences will be - no payment from eBay no doubt and it seems virtually impossible to contact someone to discuss this - telephone chat attempt was ridiculous.
Really grateful for ANY help would be appreciated on my next steps or some avenue to dealing with eBay in a sensible fashion???
