Simple Delivery / Channel Islands

I sold items to a buyer in the Channel Island. Unfortunately the buyer cannot finish the transaction as Simple Delivery does not appear to include the Channel Islands in any way, shape or form.

We are all aware of our all-new inability to access 'Sold' items & make changes/renew/personalise the invoice etc etc.

Does anybody out there, or indeed; within the hallowed walls of eBay, have a solution to this conundrum?

eBay in their wisdom have lumped the Channel Isles into Europe.  Check your site preferences,  where countries are blocked,  link below,  to make sure Channel Isles,  I believe they are listed there are Guernsey and Jersey, make sure that is unticked, and it should allow your buyer to then pay.

Otherwise,  you can add them to your buyer's exemption list see if that helps.

And many thanks for getting back to me.

I have looked as you suggested. Channel Islands are there, bright & clear & unticked/unchecked.

As are all other territories.

I have added the buyers handle to the 'Buyers Exemption' list.

Let's see what happens...
