Should I sell item sealed or should I open to check contents before selling?

Hi, I am more of a buyer than seller so I was hoping for a bit of advice. I have a brand new Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World which is boxed and sealed (competition win). I have no interest in it so plan to sell via eBay. Would it better/safer to open to check contents and take photos or leave sealed to sell as Brand New / Unopened. I would prefer to leave sealed but if a buyer were to say they opened the box and something was missing I wouldn’t be able to dispute that. Any advice/opinion welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Better to sell as new and unopened.

If buyer did open not as described case, ebay will believe them and allow return. 

Most sales go fine  so think positive.
