Hi brought dog bed from here told sellers that it's nothing like the pictures  it don't stay up asked for refund they keep offering me  silly money off 

It's not suitable for my dog  no stuffing in it 

What can I do  really not like buying of here now

If you receive an item not as described you go to the item in your orders, and open a return citing reason: Does not match description. The seller gets 3 working days to respond, and if they want the bed back they wil provide you with a prepaid label. They may just refund you without return. 

If they do neither you escalate your case after  the three days for ebay to step in.
