Can someone please explain to me why when I first decided to open a basic eBay shop it was 27 pound and now that I've decided to close it this month it's went up to 32.50 how does that work

As shop fee appears to still be £27 and you are closing your account, how does £32.50 come into it unless it includes a partial fee to date of closure.

I have no idea but as you can clearly see that's what I've been charged

I think one figure is without VAT.

It's just doesn't make sense to me granted I'm fairly new to all this but when I first decided to open a shop I was charged 27 and today I've decided to close it and I've been charged 32 for the remaining month

It is £27.00 + 20% VAT = £32.40.

O well doesn't matter as this will be the last time I pay for shop subscription until I grow my account to point that it's worth having a shop but thanks guys
