Shipping to USA from Ebay.co.uk

Hi,
I'm from South America and usually buy from eBay.com. All my purchases go to Miami and then to my country.
In this case, I want to bid on an item listed on EBay.co.uk, but in the "Postage" section,
the USA isn't listed as a country. I contacted the seller, and they told me that eBay uses the "Global Shipping Program"
and that it is possible to ship to the USA. I'm not sure, and I have no way of knowing the shipping cost to Miami-Florida (USA).
On the other hand, if my PayPal account is linked to an address in Miami, will my eBay.co.uk purchase be sent to Miami?.
I'd appreciate your feedback. Thank you very much.

There are still issues with posting to USA, blame Trump.

Re: Shipping to USA from Ebay.co.uk

The GSP isn't shipping to the US at the moment.

From August 29th orders coming into the US will be subject to an import fee, the de minimis exemption will be gone.

Nobody knows exactly how much the tariffs on items from UK to the US will be, so I would expect the GSP to not be applied to US sales for months.

I shouldn't imagine that sellers will sell much, even if they're not using the GSP and setting their own shipping methods and prices.

For the first six months, a temporary flat tariff (ranging from $80 to $200, depending on the item's origin) may apply to postal shipments. For buyers used to paying zero, this is a massive rise.
