Dear Sirs, You need to adapt to the present shipping-realities. You will not pay me until you have proof of delivery, which is a very good arrangement for the buyer. As a seller I also need security. Good shipping agents like GLS gives me that security, which national postal service does not. If package is lost in the national post system then the seller is screwed. However GLS and other modern shipping agents REQUIRE that you have the phone number and emil of the reciever. This can be very difficult to achieve because you threaten people not to give that information. When customers have paid for the auction, your job is to pave the way for the seller to fulfill the order. So please change your policy. Best regards Jens Baj
