Shipping fees

I have an item that is longer than Evri length limit. The maximum I can charge customer via Simple Delivery is £8.00 The only way I can ship the item is via Parcelforce which is £10.00 so I’m losing £2.00 on top of that I have packaging materials and a 5 mile round trip to drop the item off. I’m losing ….please don’t suggest I build shipping into my price, i sometime do if I’m competing with other sellers. The point is I should be free to set MY OWN shipping price.

If it's bigger than 61cm x 61cm x 46cm  you can opt out of Simple Delivery.     There is a problem doing that at the moment but see Rick's solution on here:
