Shipping advice

I need some advice. I have sold 4 items to the same buyer and have to ship them all to the global shipping centre. Can I post them all in 1 parcel or do they have to be posted separately as each listing will need a tracking number? Any advice on this is much appreciated

Each item must be sent separately with it's own reference on address label, as supplied by ebay.

All the references are the same number though
