Shipments to jersey

I am trying to buy an item from a seller who says he/she ships to jersey and ebay keeps saying seller wont ship. I have contacted the seller who says its all good their side but i cant get through to making the payment as it says seller does not ship to jersey. Whats happening please

Ask the seller to check their Site Preferences.

They need to check that Europe has not been excluded for somewhere they do not post to.

eBay have added the Channel Isles,  namely Jersey and Guernsey to Europe,  the seller needs to untick that box,  and you'll be able to pay!
