Why can I no longer share my new listings on Facebook etc with relevant groups?

Do you mean sharing your listing eBay listings on your Facebook as that should be working(steps). Or do you mean sharing them from your facebook to other relevant facebook groups. That may be down to a facebook setting.

Thanks Kat. Until last week when creating a new listing I was asked, when
about to make the listing live, do I wish to "Share Listing" as well. I
would of course share with the many relevant groups I am a member of, I
chose Facebook which is where I communicate with them.
That option disappeared from the screen last week, I can no longer share my
new listings - free of charge.

If possible when you next create a new listing can you share a screenshot of your view where the "share listing" option is no longer showing? We would need this detail so we can report it.
