Setting up a new Selling item but detail defaults to UK instead of US

I have been an eBay seller for over 10 years, but it's been a year since my last listing. It seems my account settings have been changed. I checked all my account settings which haven't changed but all the eBay settings show my listing for a UK customer (price in pounds and not dollars etc).  The items I want to list is by a UK manufacturer but is sold through local stores throughout the US.

You are in the States and currently logged into the UK site,  you need to log out of here,  clear cache and cookies, and log into your homesite www.ebay.com
