Sent two items in one package - won't be able to get funds from the other, what should I do?

Hi, so recently I had one buyer purchase two items off of me, prior to simple delivery's introduction this caused no issues as I'd get the funds anyways, but now I can't get those funds because it's still saying the item is pending delivery but I can see that the main item has arrived, meaning the secondary one has too, is there anything I can do about this to actually get my funds? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Unless you are subject to any other payment holds, which is unlikely,  you will be paid after 14 days.

You will have to wait 14 days!

The old system was so good, the new system is simple and I mean that as in Simple Simon.

Yeah.. The old system certainly was nicer.. So what will happen at the end of the 14 days?

Your payout will show as Available in your payment Summary at the end of 14 days,  that is,  if no other holds are in place , they may be if you are a new or returning seller, this  can see holds for up to 30 days.

It's still a big ' tech issue'  that combining invoices in Simple Delivery,  is still not possible.

Some sellers are leaving a message on their listing,  for example.....   ' If you wish to buy multiple items,  please let me know before buying,  I will relist them as one listing so only one postage cost is charged, combining postage is not currently possible. '

That's very helpful, thanks! I'll keep note of that, so as long as I don't have any other items awaiting payout, I should see it in 14 days? If so, would this still apply if I've had items which have been delivered but am awaiting the funds to be added to my eBay funds? thanks!

Re: Sent two items in one package - won't be able to get funds from the other, what should I do?

This is how payouts work now under Simple Delivery.

Tracking showing delivery releases payouts 2 days after that delivery date.

No tracking,  payouts are held for a minimum 14 days,  this can depend on any previous holds relating to being a new or returning seller

Feedback left by the buyer,  can release payouts sooner for items of a value £25 or less.

Right, well this was tracked and as I say the main item was delivered so I know they've both arrived, despite this will I still get my payout released after 14 days? At the moment it just says awaiting delivery and that funds are pending
