Buy has not paid me for the return and I cannot seem to contact Ebay just get this ------

I take it they don't answer phones anymore.

If you opened a return request,and received no refund once the seller received the item back you can escalate the case to ebay in the case details.

Try signing in and out again,or clearing your cookies and cache.

If using a mobile device try a PC/Laptop instead.

If you still have problems report a techie issue to ebay here while asking for help eBay Customer Service
