Sent an item. Cant update tracking number, says i had to use a prepaid label, i didnt use it. Now wh

So I've sent an item out and cant update the tracking on Ebay, I've already just had a 3 week wait for payment from 1 item sold, how am I able to get paid for this at all? Said I had to use a prepaid label but I don't understand all that, so ive sent my item,m myself writing the adress, ots sent with tracking, but yes, you guessed it Ebay just want to play with me a bit more. Please help me I've sent this item and won't get paid now because it's still telling me I have to end the item. I've sent it csnt seem to speak toa human so please help me people

I have bi polar and all of this has me on the edge of some serious self harm btw Ebay shoipd be doing this the amount of loney they take for sales. Paying for reserve prices should literally par for a customer service team. £17 on 5 items from me 🤣

After this is solved I will never use Ebay again to buy or sell. Please help me people I'm begging

See if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.

 

If not contact ebay and ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:

You need to at least get it showing as dispatched.   If the tracking doesn't update after that you will get the money but will have to wait 14 days for it to be released.

Without tracking showing delivery a payout is held for 14 days before release into your eBay Balance.  However,  if you are a new or returning seller there may be a longer hold, this is a usual practise.

 

You can contact Customer Services,  they have full access to your account, provide the actual tracking you have which has not been entered,  and to confirm this does show delivery on Royal Mail / courier's website,  could they please release your payout now,  or give some date when it will be available for withdrawal.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
