The seller requested an alternative address after buying the item .. and a different service .. eBay wouldn't let me alter the service or address.. the only way was to cancel and for the buyer to reorder .. he wasn't prepared to do that .. so I ended up sending it separately via Royal mail instead of EVRi ..
Now the system shows it's not been sent and will continue to do so indefinitely.. how can this be resolved?
Any help would be much appreciated 🙏
