Sending an invoice for reportage

Hi 

I sold something three months ago. The buyer never took delivery and it was eventually returned to me. The buyer has now contacted me and i am happy to resend the item if she pays for the second postage. How do i send her an invoice for the postage - as since its over 30 days i can't do it from sold menu-

any tips gratefully received

Not possible through ebay.

If you both use paypal, send invoice that way or send buyer your bank details.

Look to relist the item for the buyer so they can buy the item again.

Ebay only allow 30 days to cancel a sale.
