Sending an Invoice -

Can someone explain what the following message means. It has only appear over the last month is is very frustrating as I can send an Invoice or combine items bought into one Invoice - 'Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from this invoice.'

Now that eBay's Simple Delivery has arrived, invoices can't be sent.

Apparently, orders can no longer be combined, all you can do is to cancel the orders and then relist as one fixed price Buy It Now listing.
