Can the buyer still print the collection code? I have had two buyers who have been unable to get the number when collecting my last buyer said they were never given a number when I contacted Ebay customer service disagreed with me and said they have this number. Mobile reception is non existent where I live so the buyer cannot show me this even if he did have. This week I had a ebayer collect an item they had travelled miles and they were not given a collection number,They were given the item without the code number when they got home they had to click the collection box. Not everyone has the QR facility on their mobiles
Ebay are changing the way it operates, and afraid not the best changes. So ebay needs to reinstate some of the user friendly operations . Please can someone verify if this collection code is printable or even exisit anymore thanks
