Sending Leaflets with orders

What are the rules regarding sending a leaflet to buyers with your orders, I have my Ebay business but work for a solicitors during the week and wondered if i could send one of the solicitor leaflets? As they arent connected would Ebay see this as a problem?

Personally I would not like you trying to tout for business like this.

I am sure some buyers may also reflect this in feedback

As leaflet is nothing to to do with your ebay business, best not to.
