Just wondering why ebay is not giving me send offer option. I have had an item listed for 3 months and just got 2 watchers today.

What offer are you sending?   It has to be at least 5% lower than the Buy It Now price.

Item price is 12.99 and want to send 11.99 offer. Maybe the option takes a little while to come through i guess.
