Send new invoice

I have sold item but buyer has asked me to send to Australia.We have agreed postage cost but ebay wont let me send a new invoice telling me invoices cannot be sent for items where ebay manages all or part of postage.I am stuck now as to what i can do.

If you don't want to use eBay's Global Shipping (where you send using Simple Delivery to the UK Hub)  you'd have to cancel the transaction and relist with direct postage to Oz for the buyer to buy again.

Best to cancel the transaction with the buyer's permission and relist with the correct postage price.

Cancel the order citing Buyer Requests to Cancel,  this full refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.

Relist with the correct postage,  for your buyer to buy and pay again.
