Selling

Iv advertised an item in a fair and honest way and really fairly priced. The buyer has posted some derogatory comments which I am not happy about. Ive asked her to return the item. No money has been exchanged to my knowledge. The buyer has not responded

Re: Selling

The only negative I can see was made over a year ago , and that's far too late to remove, is this the one in question ?

It was so long ago it's not impacting your feedback score now, and your feedback score is back up to 100%,  wouldn't worry about that neg now.

Re: Selling

Where has the buyer left these comments? The negative feedback is far too long ago, and that implies you did not honour a sale, refunded and relisted.

Even if buyer left feedback for you in error far too late to do anything about it.

Re: Selling

The item was listed via ebay so eBay is the platform. The buyer has put
some negative stuff about my transaction either directly to me or via ebay
not sure how it works. Ive tried getting help from ebay and by direct
contact with the buyer. I don't appreciate negative feedback about my
transactions when they are unjustified. Im now trying to get my item
returned but don't trust what's happening. Think its a big scam. Won't use
again

Re: Selling

Do you mean the buyer has opened a case through Ebay asking to return an item?

Buyers can put notes for your attention when they open a case.

The comments are not important, but you must respond to an open case by providing a label and then refunding the buyer in full when you get the item back.

If you sold and posted an item, then money has changed hands and you will need to refund the buyer when they return the item.
