Hi,

New to selling in eBay. Got what I thought was first sale. Buyer seems to believe they have paid. Even sent a screenshot that seems to confirm. But nothing showing in my account. Payouts on hold because I needed to add new bank account and card for fees. Advice anyone?

The buyer will have paid ebay but you need to fully register for managed payments, and probably wait out a payment hold for new sellers, before you get the money.

While it appears that you have not registered correctly, if buyer has paid, even if money is held by ebay, it is up to you to post.

As a new seller getting a late posting on first sale, will not do your record any good.

Double check that payment has been made by looking in 'orders'.

Your recent sales will either be under the heading 'dispatch now' in which case Ebay has the buyer's payment , or will be under 'waiting for payment' in which case the buyer has not paid.
