Getting through to a live agent at Customer Services is a bit of a trial I admit. You have to be persistent and keep asking the bot to be put through to an agent.
However, unless actual access to your account is needed, come back here explain the issue you are having, there are many very experienced ( real 🤗 ) peeps here, happy to help you.
