Selling

I have recently sold a puzzle on ebay quoting the postage as £3.75.

I have received a message from the buyer stating that the item is to be sent signed for at a cost of £14.00.

The order details issued by ebay only shows the cost of the item and the postage totalling about £8.50.

Surely I don't have to pay the extra cost involved or do I?

Thanks for your help.

You go by the value of the pre-paid postage label you download via ebay.    Did the buyer suggest any reason why it would be such a high cost?
