If you are on My eBay Selling items from your unsold list are removed, they stay for a maximum of 90 days if on the SellerHub.
Not sure if the above timelines apply if items removed due to account restrictions, but check your unsold listing, if they are not there, sorry seems you'll need to relist those items , from scratch with descriptions and photos.
I do not know the reason why your items were removed and your restriction, but obviously do not relist if eBay messages have explained those items cannot be listed for sale on eBay.
