A buyer in Australia has bought an item but cannot pay. I am in the UK. I am part of the global shipping program but it has come up with send an invoice. Please can someone explain how I go about this? When I click on invoice it asks me to sign in on the Australian ebay site.

I don't believe it can be added after payment, but you should be able to send a revised invoice with the international postage.
Use a PC / laptop and try Chrome, don't use the app or mobile browser.
Go right of the item sold to More Actions, and select Send payment Details, amend the International postage there to that required, but do not click on reset. Check it is correct, and send .
If you are on the Seller Hub, you click on the item in Orders >> Awaiting Payment, then top left you will see send Invoice, follow the above instructions.

To add, I might not have enabled GSP on the listing. But I am enrolled. Can customer service add it so buyer can pay?
