A potential buyer has made an offer I want to accept but I'm wondering if he thinks I will post it. He doesn't have recent feedback, it's over 12 months old and I replied to his first offer telling him it was collection only but he hasn't replied to that - no messages off him. The only way to contact him seems to be to accept the offer (which I want to do but not if he thinks I can post it) or make another offer, or decline the offer. Has anyone any ideas ?

It is listed as collection only.
But you also say you will allow buyer to send carrier.
Payment has to be through ebay.
Make sure you get collection code before allowing anyone to take it away.

In theory if buyer does not collect in person the money back guarantee is void. Whether this still applies now buyers actually pay a fee to get protection I do not know, and possibly ebay has not even thought about it, but if an item is damaged in transit by buyer’s courier, I cannot see ebay paying out for damage.
