I don't want to.post this item it's just.for collection only how do I do this.

If someone has bought it and wants you to post it you can cancel the transaction.   Go to the dropdown arrow alongside the item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address, which is the nearest one to this situation as they are too far away to collect.   If they've paid the refund will be issued in the process or use the Send Refund link.

If they haven't paid you can cancel due to non-payment after 4 days.

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

Or do you mean you're having trouble listing it for collection only?   You should be able to do that by clicking on the Collection Only tab during the listing process.   If it won't let you try using a different browser, eg. it works fine on Chromium.
