Selling fees ?

I have had a message saying  i owe £7.99 sellers fee....i have never sold anything on  e-bay, i have listed 1 item for the 1st time last week that never sold, so i deleted it.  Won't let me messaged them to explain & the chat-bot is an idiot, that can,t get it's microchip around what i am telling it. Can someone explain pls.....PS also, how do i delete being a seller ? TIA

You used a reserve for your chair and that carries a non-refundable fee based on the reserve price, even if the item does not sell.    In future just make your start price the minimum you want to get.
