Selling and bidding

Hi all,

Ive been a member on eBay for 22 years , I’ve never been so dismayed on how this is run..let me explain,

I sold a high valve item, poor customer paid nearly £50 in buyers fee, I purchased the correct postage label , item has been received and excellent feedback left for me, upon checking I saw that it had taken the postage from the total amount owing which is normal, eBay then sent an email saying £17.35 had been taken from my registered cad from my bank account, so now eBay has taken two postage prices , one from the buyers money, and one from my bank account !!, how’s this happen?, secondly, I bid on an item , I always bid last second , I put £15.25 in and lost the bid but upon looking my bid was on £14.79 not the 15.25 , so eBay are now taking buyers premium from the bid price as well , this is all so wrong .

it makes me feel to go elsewhere , Facebook sales do not incur charges or buyers premium !

any ideas fellow sellers /buyers
