The location on a listing is supposed to be item location. I don't know if you can have a location in another country these days but your best bet anyway is to use an eBay classified ad. That's the cheapest and best way to sell a car ( £19.99 flat fee). It doesn't end until you take it off when you have actually sold the car, rather that have someone saying they're going to buy and not turning up. Then you can put all the information you want in the description.
