Selling Issue

Hello! I have recently sold an item, however after receiving the postage label i realised the customer was only down the road from myself. To try and speed the process up, i organised with the buyer to drop this item off in person. However, i now can't see any option to mark this item as delivered and receive my funds as i haven't posted it using the label provided. Can anyone help with this please?

Neither you nor buyer can mark as delivered, you can click on the get label to mark as despatched and the buyer will receive a refund of the postage paid and you will have to wait minimum 14 days for payment.
