Apeal ebay and payapl case

I'm opened case on payapl as the item what recived was a counterfited.IM PROVIDE ALL DETAILS  .tracking number and foto off postage item and transaction what seler did also item still is pending in ebay dleivery the seler posted wrong tracking number.And payapl closed dispute as they what sticker form box on the day when im postage item!!They don understand that In Irleand postage proof is rwciept from.post with Tracking number and they dont give  sticker post just take put sticker and give reciept.But they not.aproved this.How.can im apeal and get refund!!

PayPal don't require a tracking number for an item not as described claim, so I'm not quite clear what kind of case you've opened with them?

The item comes and was 

counterfeit.So im open case for refund 1st with ebay they go dorectly to paypal.And ebay closed case as im contact payment institution!!Im explain situation they ask me to send back item and ubdate tracking number so.im did !!Item was delivered and they ask me for proof postage with label on box!!!Im explained th that anpost.ie dont do this!!you just give box and put name on box person u postage .And asking for regoster postage the stick small pc with tracking numbe ron it and give reciept that it!No postagage sticker been give to me so the decided to closed cas ein favour on scamer.!!Im tey open case again on ebay .but they not let me in!!Thinking make apeal to court agin ebay and payapl for falls guarrante purchuase protection!Its npt my fault that the way postge work in this country Irleand!!!But they dont understand in payapl!!

As soon as you opened a case with Paypal, any case you had with Ebay would close.

Did you ask Paypal for a chargeback because you had received a counterfeit item?

As mentioned in Post 2, neither Ebay nor Paypal would ask you to prove delivery unless you opened a claim stating you had not received your item.

As you had received an item, even if it was fake, a claim stating you had not received what you ordered was always going to fail.

Okay, so you returned a counterfeit item back to the seller but sent it back yourself and didn't send it by a trackable method, so can't prove that the seller has their item back?

The ebay £30 money back guarantee is on every listing. unless you follow rules to the letter you will get nowhere with ebay.  Opening both ebay and paypal cases means ebay close their case, as you cannot get two refunds.

Opening the wrong sort of case also never helps and lack of tracking  to prove return to seller will not mean much help from payment provider.

You must read and understand ebay instructions as they work well and in most cases if dealt with correctly ebay would sort out in your favour.

Yes i'm send myslef and payapl ask.me to provide tracking numner nothing about label from box that been postage in republic off irleand the way annpost.ie work tbat u give packadge the put small sticker on it and give u reciept with tracking number so u coud se if item been delivered!!!So exacly i'm did this way paypal got tracking number and was able flag if was delivered or not !Witch it was!And the.looking for something witch i'm cant provied so they closed case and don't whant rwfund.So im try get now ebay !!They have protection aswell!!Shut im ise claim agains paypal and ebay that they don't whant ise refund ivet im provide what the ask me for in 1st place tracking number!!They was nothing about foto off  the sticker on box on postage!!Im told them they can isue request to annpost for detail off that tracking number as they don't whant provide me with data protection!!

Did you upload the return tracking number to the PayPal case, and did the tracking number show delivery?

Yes im did. not as describe item.Im purchuase phone the guy sad it that.phone is new and all.this iphone proper and when recived was fake iphone.Totaly difrent spec memory higher and  android software not apple!!It was 1:1 copy!!!So paypal ask me to fill up form online and provide details off tracking number same as u sending on ebay u need provide tracking number to be able get money when item will get delivered then relised money to seler!!

I'm sorry to keep asking but, to clarify:

1) You sent the phone back to the seller as instructed by PayPal?

2) You sent it back by a trackable postage method?

3) Did you add the tracking number to the PayPal case?

4) Does that tracking number show delivery?
