What an absolute Joke the E bay support is.
I have asked a question at least a dozen times because i cant get an answer each time having to phrase it differently . When their automated resposes have sent you round in circles every time they offer an opportunity to speak to an agent but this is not so when selected it comes back
" I'm unable to connect you with an agent because I don't see any open return requests on this account, Warren."
The question was nothing to do with returns.
Beginning to believe E Bay help is UTTER GARBAGE

My Buyer has asked me to delay shipment by several weeks. Is the postage label from EBay still valid as E bay says I need to post by the 18th of August and the shipper wants me to delay until the end of August
Final response after rephrasing this question numerous times with the ebay help option was :-
"I'm unable to connect you with an agent because I don't see any open return requests on this account."

No, you can't do that. Really your buyer should've asked about this before bidding/buying.
Cancel the order and then relist for them at a later date (if you're happy to wait for the sale).

Late dispatch/delivery means you get defects, which could cause you to fall below standard, with restrictions on selling.

Adding to the above, postage labels usually only last 14 days before they expire.
I am struggling with what your title has to do with your question, perhaps that was also a problem for the chat bot?
