Sellers Who Have 100% Feedback

This is a quick question, but there are some people who have sold up to 10000 items but have a perfect 100% feedback with no issues. How is this possible? Surely someone from that 10000 must have written a bad feedback?

Feedback rating is worked out on %.

So even if they have lots of negative feedback, if they have even more positive, can still have 100% score.
