HAVING A REAL BAD EXPERIENCE AND IF I COULD GET AN EBAY REP ON A CALL I WOULD COMPLAIN

a £95 item was for sale by me an offer was made by a buyer and BEFORE I could post away he messaged saying he'd cancelled as he could no longer afford the item.   Why he paid in the first place is beyond me - Anyway I did NOT receive funds.   So few days late I placed the ad again and the item sold to a totally different buyer - I have posted the item away but yet to recieve my funds as it has not been delivered yet however the first buyer cannot get his funds back from eBay who are holding them saying that I havent posted the item,  EBay has been told the situation fro both the buyer and the seller so its just a complete mess, In don't use ebay much at all for selling but this will be the LAST time and if it is NOT sorted soon I will take the matter further - they have no right to hold on to £95  - any help please

Did you accept the cancellation request for the first order?

Buyer can only ask for cancellation, it is you who have to cancel. By doing nothing, it leaves the transaction in limbo, with payment held waiting for you to cancel sale.
