I have purchased item that supposed to be brand new and it came refurbished, incomlete and faulty that we find out later. It supposed to be brand new phone with 1 year warranty. I tried to return the phone and seller closed the return case and asked to send outside ebay and if decide that they not happy they will charge £20 to send phone back. This is not good I want full refund under ebay protection and do not want the piece of junk sold back.
Shall I open the ebay case or are you suggesting other steps?

Plese react quickly, this device is faulty, gets hot and is dangorous to use. We need new phone immediately, it was over £200 expense and we cannot use it. Pleae action immediately to get us refund so we can buy new one from more trusted source.
