this seller is a scammed and does not provide tracking details and has done this to several buyers. probably racking up money to pay for bills etc. absolute waste of time. seller puts items up as free postage and never proceeds to post. these fish were for my 4 year old autistic childs birthday. absolute scam. I've placed

There is no obligation to use a tracked service, and if no tracking seller cannot prove delivery, so why not just open a not received case to get a refund.

I have done this , I've left feedback and also have posted something here. It's just unacceptable that these people can rack up money from reputable buyers and not provide the listing service with how they advertisedthe item. I know mistakrs can happen but this sellers feedback has many other buyers leaving the same theme feedback.  How do you report a user that is scamming people left right and center - and gets away with it? It's not ok.

Fish must be sent out via an overnight delivery service, so this would have tracking.

The sellers listings state that the shipping method is 24hr courier, and they're certainly charging a high price for that.

If they're not sticking to that method or not sending the fish out at all, all you can do here is to get a refund via an eBay item not received claim and leave appropriate feedback. To be honest, that seller doesn't look like they'll be trading for too much longer.
