Seller wont provide return details after refund.

I bought an LP from a seller.The item got lost by Evri and the seller refunded me.No problem there.However,Evri eventually DID deliver (or left in my front doorstep) the item.I now wish to return the item but the seller refuses to answer my messages re return address etc.He even threatened to report ME to Ebay! I get the feeling though that hes either ignoring my messages or not receiving them,as the few replies I received at the start of the transaction were OK but now the sparse messages he sends seem to be a bit disjointed and unrelated to mine.Do I involve Ebay?

eBay wont get involved after a refund has been issued and the case closed,if the seller wont send a label for the return they wont get their item back,it's their loss

Thanx.But the fact that he threatened to report ME makes me think that HE thinks I'm ignoring him if you get what I mean.I'm sending him messages but not sure if he's (a) not reading or(b) ignoring them.He only done 15 transactions so I'm not sure hes up to date with Ebay procedure.Thanx for your input.

Just send one, last message.

I would write:

'As you know, I now have the record I bought and a refund. I would like to return the record. However, if I don't hear from you by ... , I will assume you don't want it back and will dispose of it.'

Then, really, you will have done all that is humanly possible.  There are very few reasons for reporting a buyer and you have not done anything wrong so I would not waste any more time fretting about this.

I'll try that approach although I wont dispose of it as I'll cut him a bit of slack as he's new to the game, and has 100% feedback at the mo'. Cheers again.
