Seller will not refund faulty lawnmower even though there is a Guarantee.

I purchased a brand new lawnmower which developed a fault before it was 3 months old.  The seller said he is a Third Party Seller so will not refund (or even part refund).  The lawnmower actually comes with a 2 year guarantee so I even contacted the manufacturer who said as it was a Third Party Seller they are not responsible.

Your only chance now is to try your payment provider.

Ebay give you 30 days only to open a case and return a faulty item.
