Seller wants extra €25 shipping after I paid for item and shipping, not ok with me.

Seller:
Dear customer,
Thanks for your purchase#27-12960-87918;
We're sorry to inform you that your order failed to ship.
Because the shipping cost is increasing, the carrier requires a shipping
fee of 25EUR before they can deliver this item to your address.
Could you please pay us this amount? If you do not want to pay extra fees,
how about we cancel your order and refund you the full amount?
Please let us know your opinion.
Best regards,
Cara

Buyer (me)
Hello, Regarding my purchase of 1600W Kunststoff Schweißgerät.
Your mail indicates possible fraud and will be reported to ebay.
If its not a fraud attempt we have a deal of item €88,22 + shipping €14,71 = €102,93.
I made the decision to buy on these costs, adding another €25 makes postage be €39,71.
You just can not come afterwards and ask for more money,
do the deal as agreed and take losses due to your mistake then update your listings.
If you want to stop the deal anyway then refund me €102,93 + €25 for damages total €127,93.

You are in Sweden and asking this on the UK boards,  so I hope the rules are the same if not, you'll need to log out of this site, and log into www.ebay.com and ask the community there.

However,  a seller cannot ask for more money than that originally on their listing.  It's not fraud, but just an error on the seller's part to miscalculate the shipping costs, but this is their problem , not yours.

Send them a polite message under eBay rules,  you do not need to pay any more money, you wish the item bought and paid for,  to be posted not cancelled.

You cannot force the seller to send the item,  but if they cancel the item contact Customer Services explain you did not authorise the cancellation they will place a defect on the seller's account.
