Seller unresponsive

Has anyone else had trouble with getting a reply  ?

I have tried email telephone and messaging but with no response. 
I have even tried another box from

the same business but still no answer

What are you trying to ask the seller ?

Are you requiring a refund?

Make sure you do not time yourself out from opening that case, no need to ask the seller any questions , just open the relevant case.
