Selle advertised two items on Australia ebay. I wrote asking if he would accept bid from UK for posting to Australia. He agreed. I won and tried to pay but keep getting ebay message that "seller does not post to your location" despite invoice giving postal prices to both UK and Australia addresses. I have messaged him through ebay several times but never receive a reply.
Ebay keeps requesting that I pay but I cannot find a way of contacting ebay to explain that I am trying to pay but am obstructed by the seller who will not post the items in his own country or mine so I looks like I am refusing to pay which is not the case.How can I contact ebay to explain this and get their help to resolve it ?
