I made the payment and the seller say he didn’t receive the pay this is the message he wrote to me
No payment has been made and there are no pending transactions. The only payment pending I can see is on eBay that says pending on delivery. I don’t know if you authorised that by accident but I’m certainly not sending goods payment on delivery as I’m not getting scammed. So far, as things stand, I’ve got to pay £77.11 to refund you out of my money and I’m not doing that because technically (I’m not saying you will) you could say you never received it and end up with the phone and £77.11 of my money. I’m not saying you’re trying to scam me, and I’m certainly not trying to scam you, but there’s something gone wrong in the transaction. I suggest you speak to either PayPal or eBay to try and get this resolved because I can’t do anything as I’m the seller.
