Seller return address is jibberish

Hey there it feels like a scam i had gloves supplied obvious theyre not real brand and really bad fitting unless you have witches fingers. Put in dispute seller said return but cant, cant now complain to paypal how do i complain to ebay other than automated route? Do they have a valid email?

If you have opened a return through Ebay stating the items are 'not as described' and haven't received a valid return label, contact Ebay Customer Services and ask them to provide a correct label.

If you opened a proper not as described case, and seller has not provided a return label, why can’t you escalate the case to ebay?

Have you never bothered to read this which is on every listing.
