I sold an item extremely quickly as it was a good deal. He has declared it damaged and wants a refund. He incorrectly described how it was packaged. He sent a blurred photo in the first message which has been deleted. I have a photo of the package being delivered completely intact . It was not delicate what was perceived broken so I don’t see how it could have no dents or tears in the packaging and be damaged. It all seems like a scam to me. Anyone else experienced similar.
