Seller refused to accept winning bid & relisted twice….

Here’s a question.
Seller was advertising a chest of drawers for £73.52.
I bidded and won them for the £73.52. Was really pleased.
Seller contacted me to say I want  £90 for them. I replied saying but you listed them for £73.52 (no reserve) and that’s what I won them at. If you wanted £90 for then why didn’t you start the bidding at £90. You can’t sell something for the price you have chosen and then say I want more.

She/He relisted them at £90.
Then a day later relisted them again at £100.
Really annoyed me.
Would like to report this seller but don’t know how to.

Anyone else encountered this?

Oh, by the way, I was the only bidder!

Yep,  this is bad selling and you can report the seller to Customer Services.

You won the item,  did you pay?  Then, if the seller cancels citing Buyer Requests to Cancel,  this relieves them from any defect, contact CS explain you did not sanction the cancellation and was disappointed not to receive your item.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Luckily no money changed hands. It was a pay on collection. Really bad attitude though. She put it on Facebook marketplace after all this. Sold it for her £100 she wanted!
